We’re having all kinds of computer problems today!
SELCO is, and has been, working on getting everything back online. In the meantime, we can check items out on our back-up system, but we can’t renew, place requests, check items in or process fine payments. There was no delivery today, due to the weather, so we didn’t get interlibrary loan items in today.
Below is the latest information from SELCO:
“Certain systems such as Horizon, Pharos, requesting, etc. are still down. The SELCO System and Networking team is still in contact with our server support contacts and working diligently to get things running as soon as possible. The initial attempt to rebuild the server only met with limited success so they are now troubleshooting from a different angle. Unfortunately, at this point we don’t have an estimate on time to a solution.”
