You now have the capability to look up all the items you have checked out in approximately the last 5 years!

Just follow the steps below.

Go to chatfieldpubliclibrary.org

Look for this button on the right side as you scroll down a bit and then click on it:

Enter the barcode on your library card (don’t type in spaces) and then enter your PIN (usually the last 4 digits of your phone number).  Then click “Log In.”

Click on the Tab labeled “Checkouts”:

Then click on “Checkout History”:

You can then sort your list by title, author, date checked out, or date returned by clicking on the little circles beneath each column heading:

If you have any trouble, just come in to the library and staff will help you!
